By accessing or using the Smile Delivery LLC driver portal, onboarding system, or any communication services (including SMS text messages), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Smile Delivery LLC provides freight transportation services, driver dispatch and coordination, onboarding management, document handling, and operational communications. These services are intended for authorized drivers, owner-operators, dispatchers, and staff of Smile Delivery LLC.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications during onboarding or via our driver portal, you agree to receive text messages from Smile Delivery LLC for operational purposes, including but not limited to: • Load assignments and dispatch instructions • Safety alerts and compliance notifications • Onboarding status updates and document requests • General operational communications Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on dispatch activity and operational needs. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Upon receipt of STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and cease further SMS communications to your number. Opt-In Again: To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or contact us at operations@smile-drive-logistics.com. Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact operations@smile-drive-logistics.com. No Third-Party Sharing: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States to use our driver portal and services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and onboarding • Maintain the confidentiality of your portal login credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including FMCSA regulations • Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

All drivers using Smile Delivery LLC services must maintain valid and current: • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) as required for their assignment • DOT medical examiner's certificate • All required endorsements and certifications Drivers are responsible for remaining compliant with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations, drug and alcohol testing programs, and all applicable safety standards.

All content, software, and materials within the Smile Delivery LLC driver portal and website are the property of Smile Delivery LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Smile Delivery LLC does not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smile Delivery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Smile Delivery LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms & Conditions, failure to maintain required qualifications, or any conduct deemed harmful to our operations or personnel.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Minnesota.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated effective date will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
