SMS Terms & Privacy Policy

1. Program Description. Smile Delivery LLC ("we", "us", "our") sends operational SMS text messages to drivers and owner-operators who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Message types include load assignments, dispatch instructions, safety alerts, compliance reminders, onboarding updates, and document requests.

2. Opt-In. You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our SMS opt-in form, which is presented during the driver/owner-operator onboarding process and is also publicly accessible at https://smile-drive-logistics.com/compliance-review. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on operational needs. On active driving days, you may receive multiple messages. On non-driving days, you may receive few or no messages.

4. Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opt-Out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. After opting out, you will receive no further SMS messages from our program.

7. Carrier Support. This SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others) under the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) A2P messaging framework.

1. Information Collected. When you opt in to SMS, we collect and store your mobile phone number, full name, email address (if provided), the consent text you agreed to, the timestamp of consent, your IP address, and your device/user agent information.

2. How We Use Your Information. We use your mobile phone number solely to send operational SMS messages as described above. We do not use your phone number for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

3. Information Sharing. Your mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share your information with our SMS service provider (Telnyx) solely for the purpose of delivering messages.

4. Data Retention. Consent records are retained indefinitely for compliance auditing purposes as required by 10DLC carrier regulations. If you opt out, we stop sending messages but retain the consent and opt-out records for compliance evidence.

5. Data Security. Consent records are stored securely in our driver management system with role-based access controls. Only authorized administrative and compliance personnel can access consent records.

6. Your Rights. You have the right to opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your consent record by contacting us at operations@smile-drive-logistics.com.
